ADS fully and sympathetically restored an unmodernised three bedroom New Town tenement flat, adding two shower rooms in old storage space and a fourth bedroom by moving the kitchen to the front of the building. They installed a new heating and plumbing system, carried out a complete re-wire, fitted heritage rooflights and oversaw all the decorating.

The whole project was on a fixed budget with little wiggle room.  Nothing phased Owen and Ian.  With their years of experience they have tackled everything before and when new problems cropped up, they were creative and imaginative in finding solutions.

Great careful attention to historic detail – doweling corners, cornice repairs, refurbished shutters and fireplaces.  Also very focused on the customer and what we were hoping to achieve and how they could make it happen for us. And very considerate too, towards our neighbours.

Owen, Ian and Ian have been fantastic and we’ve been truly delighted with the building services of ADS.
